Job Focus:

We are looking for a creative and experienced blockchain engineer with a self-starter mentality to join the DEXILON team. The ideal candidate has experience in the field of DeFi and the development of complex smart contracts. You will be part of a team that develops Layer 2, customized blockchains, and builds outstanding solutions in the field of DeFi.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of server-side development experience;
• At least 2 years of Solidity development;
• Deep technological understanding of smart contracts and the blockchain space;
• At least one other programming language (Go/ Python/JavaScript);
• Deep conceptual, technological understanding of Ethereum and other;
• Strong researcher skills in the field of distributed systems, blockchain technologies, Defi, smart contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Blockchain system architect with experience of decentralized/distributed systems;
• Writing code to enhance current pipelines and contribute to adding new capabilities;
• Taking ownership in what you do; involves augmenting your code with functionals and automated data quality checks;
• Optimize tech stack to accommodate running existing pipelines cost-effectively at scale and improving overall stability;
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve smart contracts any technology issues;
• Being proactive in identifying issues will be a key metrics for your success;
• Working closely with math team in empowering economics of smart contracts solution;
• Mentor and coach junior team members to elevate their technical skills and help them grow.
