A fast-growing e-commerce company is looking for a talented and energetic customer support representative to efficiently maintain customer relations and process incoming orders.

This is a position for a person, who will work in one of/or mix 3 variations:
Morning shift: 7 AM — 3 PM;
Day time Shift: 3 PM — 11 PM;
Night Shift: 11 PM — 7 AM.

Position requires working from our office in Kiev a minimum of 5 shifts per week. Over the course of the next 3-5 months, the department will expand to twice its size now, and you can be one of the pillars of this tremendous growth.

An ideal candidate possesses the following qualities/values:
• Outstanding English knowledge: both written and verbal;
• Responsible, able to fireproof every single decision taken;
• Time-bound, attentive to detail;

Обов’язки

You will be expected to bring the following results:
• Full coverage of incoming workloads and customer maintenance;
• Efficiently managing executors by safeguarding the delivery of the product and its basic instruction following;
• Achieving OKRs set by your team-leader;
• Excellent and friendly communication tactics both in chat and by the phone;
• Achieving close to 5% or complete elimination of the product delays, dispute escalations, or cancellation indexes;
• Following and attaining objectives per personal development plan;
• Bug-reporting and CRM optimization suggestions.
