We are a product IT company, operating for 5+ years. Everyday customer issues come throughout our education sphere product, which we develop, promote and administrate.

Okay! And what are my main duties?
- resolving requests of customers via emails / live chats (70%) and calls (30%) — no cold calling;
- creating a positive client experience in the long-term;
- working with CRM and client database;
- interacting with other teams.
Which competencies should I possess to apply?
- written and spoken English B2-C2;
- experience in Support / Sales / English Teaching from 6 months;
- empathy, customer-focus, attention to detail;
- ability to work in a high-loaded atmosphere;
- preferred experience with CRM systems.
