— 1+ year of experience as IT Recruiter/HR Generalist/HR manager
— Experience with a full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, networking, screening, interviewing, negotiating potential offers, onboarding), working with different candidates levels (Junior/Middle/Senior)
— Experience with market research, using LI/Djinni or other sources regarding salaries, candidates levels, or technologies
— Experience carrying out 1-to-1
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills
— At least an Intermediate level of English
— Experience with the adaptation of new staff
— Conflict management skills
— Experience with the organization of various corporate events
— Comfortable office located near 23 Serpnia metro station
