Hey there!
We’re looking for a talented IT Project Manager and want to develop a Product Manager to join our team. If you’re interested in long-term projects, where you have the opportunity to grow, choose projects you resonate with, and develop your skills — this role is for you!

What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing (understanding the product side is a plus)
✔️ Previous experience in IT is an advantage
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and influencing skills
✔️ Outstanding customer relationship management skills with a service-oriented mindset
✔️ Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Win-Win, and Lean Thinking
✔️ Practical experience using project and product management tools Azure DevOps (e.g., JIRA)
✔️ Ability to motivate and lead your team towards the goal of “satisfied Client — satisfied Team”
✔️ Upper-intermediate level of English or higher proficiency

Main Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage the full cycle of project/product management, from participation in presale to successful project release/support stages
✔️ Oversight of scope, budgets, and timelines for one or multiple projects
✔️ Develop a vision and roadmap for the product
✔️ Evaluate business processes, define requirements, and identify areas for improvement
✔️ Provide accurate and timely information, data, and reports on project status, activities, and performance
✔️ Manage risks and opportunities to ensure timely and high-quality project deliveries
✔️ Prepare progress reports for stakeholders
✔️ Research the market and analyze competitors to ensure the product or service remains competitive
✔️ Develop and manage requirements and documentation necessary for successful project implementation
✔️ Conduct regular team meetings to ensure mutual understanding and address issues
✔️ Use project management tools to track progress, resources, and budget

Project:
You will work on a project with an innovative solution to enhance operational efficiency for property restoration and trade companies. Integrates tools for job management, CRM, asset tracking, and analytical reporting, addressing the complexities of business management. The platform also supports integrations with popular software such as QuickBooks and Twilio, helping to eliminate workflow fragmentation and improve overall productivity.

Would be a plus:
✔️ Experience working with the US market
✔️ Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma
✔️ PMP certification or equivalent
