We’re looking for a talented IT Project Manager to join our team.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing
✔️ Previous IT experience is advantageous
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and influencing skills
✔️ Outstanding customer relationship management skills with a service-oriented mindset
✔️ Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Win-Win, and Lean Thinking
✔️ Practical experience using project and product management tools (e.g., JIRA)
✔️ Ability to motivate and lead your team towards the goal of “satisfied Client — satisfied Team”
✔️ Upper-intermediate level of English or higher proficiency

Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage the full cycle of project/product management, from participation in presale to successful project release/support stages
✔️ Oversight of scope, budgets, and timelines for one or multiple projects
✔️ Develop a vision and roadmap for the product
✔️ Evaluate business processes, define requirements, and identify areas for improvement
✔️ Provide accurate and timely information, data, and reports on project status, activities, and performance
✔️ Manage risks and opportunities to ensure timely and high-quality project deliveries
