Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in heavy-duty Python utilizing both back-end and front-end capabilities of the language
Solid understanding of SQL, APIs (SOAP and REST) and their integration in Python apps.
Team Leadership experience.
Performance analysis and tuning. Able to investigate performance bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
Troubleshooting skills to quickly locate a problem and fix it.
Excellent communication skills in English.

As nice-to-have: 
Experience with UI/UX design
Experience with Django or Flask web framework
Familiarity with GitHub and DevOps

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor development team.
Resources onboarding.
Development team operational support.
Manage the performance of the team.
Task distribution sprint by sprint.
Address complex problems through lean and smart coding.
Apply best practices and golden coding standards in daily work.
Refactor and optimize existing code.
Write modular code, break complex notions into digestible pieces, both conceptually and code-wise.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
Perform software testing.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
Write technical documentation.
Work with data scientists and analysts to improve the software.
