Sales Manager

We are seeking a high-performing IT Sales Manager to facilitate us in meeting medium and large-sized enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping DevPals competitive and innovative.


Responsibilities:

— Meeting quarterly and annual gross profit margin goals.
— Creating and managing an efficient lead generation process from beginning to end. The team currently has one lead generator.
— Creating new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and identifying market trends.
— Building strong relationships with senior-level strategic new clients so that they are positive for the company as a strategic partner.
— Maintaining close and effective communication with recruitment, pre-sales, and management throughout the sales cycle.
— Attending regular client review meetings to ensure that each engagement is a success.
— Proactively assisting in the resolution of issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
— Creating demand for offshore engineering and personnel solutions on a proactive basis.
— Reporting on accomplishments and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

— Technical sales experience, preferably with a focus on IT consulting and outsourcing.
— The ability to thrive with little supervision, to be proactive, and to deal with uncertainty.
— Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
— The ability to work on multiple projects at once and support complex ones.
— The ability to communicate clearly in English is a must.
— Understanding of the IT markets in the EU, the US, and Israel.
— A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration is preferred.

Miscellaneous:

— Compensation will consist of a base salary plus commission.
— The commission’s structure will be determined by the achievement of previously agreed-upon specific targets and quotas.
— These quotas and targets will be tied to sales revenue and other volume-based metrics.
