Requirements:
— 2+ years of successful sales experience in digital agency/startup/it company;
— You are a responsible, result-oriented and fast learner;
— Flexible, proactive team player with outside the box thinking;
— Experience in active and passive communications with foreign clients/customers;
— You have analytical thinking;
— A proactive and positive business attitude;
— Good to great knowledge of different sales techniques and channels;
— General understanding of development process and technologies for web and mobile apps;
— Experience in communication with businesses abroad.

Обов’язки

Responsibilities:
— Initialize and implement annual sales goals and monthly sales plans;
— Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base;
— Improve lead generation process via linkedin, site, conferences;
— Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees;
— Develop and implement business performance measurements (KPIs);
— Verify the CRM is updated with activities and next steps for all leads and opportunities;
— Any other related activities in the Business Development.
