Project Overview:
We are building a new CRM system in Dynamics 365 to manage bookings and customer relationships with both instructors and candidates for our client’s training courses.
As part of this initiative, we are launching a data migration project to ensure all required data is moved and ready ahead of go live.
Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced specialist to join the project team. The consultant will work closely with the CRM build team and the customer’s technical team to design, implement, and deliver data migration pipelines to and from Microsoft Dataverse.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
- Migrate data to/from Microsoft Dataverse in alignment with the migration strategy.
- Collaborate with CRM developers and customer technical teams to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting during the migration phases.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as required.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory for ETL / data migration.
- Proven track record of delivering data migration projects, ideally involving Microsoft Dataverse.
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data mapping, and data quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a project team.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
