We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our products. You will be responsible for guiding the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond.

Project:
Global freight management solutions and services, specializing in Freight Audit & Payment, Order Management, Supplier Management, Visibility, TMS and Freight Spend Analytics.

Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment
— Previous experience in a technical role
— Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
— Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
— Excellent project management and organizational abilities
— Proficient in using product management tools and methodologies
— Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
— Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise specifications
— Experience with Agile development practices is preferred
— Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must

Responsibilities:
— Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals
— Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch
— Continuously monitor task execution, resolve emerging issues and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery
— Interact with clients, gather feedback, and analyze it to improve the product/project— Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications that effectively communicate the product’s features and functionality
— Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
— Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
— Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
— Act as a subject matter expert for the product and provide guidance to internal teams and stakeholders
— Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation
