Devox Software is looking for a standalone and ambitious SDR Manager, who is eager to gain the result in business development.
Responsibilities:
— Creating a new sales opportunities using highly personalized outbound approach;
— Research, and evaluate new sales sources and channels
— Making researches and finding priority leads through ICP
— Writing custom messages for the outreach using various channels and sorts of personalized content
— Communicating with contacts, MQL-SQL qualification
— Working with leads from inbound channel
— Organize next step sales meetings
— Supporting lead follow up activities, building long-term relationships
— Participating in sales pipeline planning
— Participating in sales analytics
Requirements:
— Proactive mindset
— Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 and higher)
— SDR/IT Sales Specialist experience 1+ years (IT outsourcing/outstaffing)
— Understanding and applying all stages of the sales cycle
— Experience with personalized outbound
— Cold/Warm call skills
— Prospecting experience leveraging Slack groups, Quora, etc; (nice to have)
— Strong analytical and interpersonal skills for teamwork
