Devox Software is looking for an experienced Account Manager who will join our team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key qualifications of the candidate:
— Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the IT industry (e.g. Project Manager)
— Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
— Experience in identifying and ensuring scaling opportunities within the account
— Management experience would be advantageous

— Knowledge of IT outsourcing services and technologies
— Strong theoretical and technical background in project and release management, development of policies and procedures
— Upper-Intermediate English level is a must

— Responsible for ongoing engagements with clients in the United States and Europe
— Acting as the main point of contact on a day-to-day basis for any client engagement-related matters (contract launch, deliverables, reporting, invoices and etc.)
— Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage all aspects of the client relationship
— Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
— Managing product development projects
— Collaborate with the technical team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
— Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance and identify areas for improvement
— Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services
— Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner
