Software Support Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an ambitious Software Support Engineer who will join our team with this expertise:

— Experience with investigative root cause analysis and incident management
— Familiar with application development tools (Visual Studio, ADO, SSMS, etc.,)
— Knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering
— Experience of working within Agile frameworks
— Experience of Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and similar approaches
— Demonstrable contribution to quality control of solution and application developments
— Exposure to and an understanding of some of the following is highly desirable:
— C# .NET, related tooling and technologies
— Web services and microservices architecture
— Development frameworks such as Angular and Xamarin
— SQL Server
— Microsoft Dynamics
— Web development

— English courses twice a week

— Provision of software development and support expertise within the Application Support Teams
— Support applications in the resolution of issues
— Handle 3rd line incidents raised by the customer and liaising with end-users and customers to troubleshoot technical issues
— Implementation of best-practices in support of external and internal project initiatives
— Maintain accurate records of support queries and formulate recommendations to prevent future repeated issues
— Review Alerting & Monitoring requirements from prod perspective are addressed in every project and system under change
— Maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensure good communication
