— 3+ years of lead generation, outbound/inbound B2B sales experience on the EU & US markets
— Understanding of technology and IT outsourcing business
— Wast experience with the LinkedIn sales process
— Experience with CRM software and lead generation processes
— Proven leadership, networking, persuasion, and management skills
— Proficient verbal and written English
— English courses twice a week
— Monthly Tech Talks for sharing knowledge
— Strong corporate management and transparent strategy
