— At least 1 year of experience in customer acquisition/lead generation and/or business development
— Experience using LinkedIn, Xing and similar resources to acquire new prospects
— At least Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English
— Ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and departments within a single company
— Self-managed and goal-oriented with basic understanding of sales performance metrics
— Experience building long-term relationships with prospects
— Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Will be a plus:
— Experience with CRM software (Hubspot and similar ones)
— Basic understanding of SDLC
— Must be comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
