Mission: Be the driving force behind growing our domain authority from scratch by building a strong, diversified, and high-quality backlink profile.
Responsibilities:
- Research relevant websites, blogs, and platforms to identify link-building opportunities.
- Launch and manage email outreach campaigns to build relationships with webmasters.
- Study competitors’ backlinks and learn what works for them.
- Monitor the quality, placement, and indexing status of backlinks via tools.
- Keep our backlink list and performance dashboard up to date.
- Test and suggest new types of backlinks to diversify our link profile (e.g., directories, mentions, resource pages, etc)
- Automate routine link-building processes where possible to scale results.
- Track, analyze, and report on link-building performance on a weekly basis.
About You:
- 6+ months of link building experience.
- Understand what makes a quality backlink and know how to analyze competitors to find relevant link opportunities.
- Have experience building different types of backlinks — both paid and free.
- Solid understanding of SEO and how backlinks influence search engine rankings.
- Ability to evaluate the authority, trust, and relevance of link donor websites.
- Proficient in tools like Ahrefs, or similar.
- Experience working with Google Sheets to manage data and reporting.
- Self-driven, process-oriented, and results-focused.
- Intermediate English (B1+) or higher — you’ll handle outreach and research in English.
- Curious mindset — you enjoy testing and learning from experiments.
