Functional responsibilities:
Providing a full cycle of HR service in the company due to employee journey (besides recruitment):
On-boarding and support of new hires (goal setting, probation period review)
Performance review (launch and support)
Training and development
Off-boarding — working with termination checklists and exit interviews
Regular 1:1 meetings with team members
Managing satisfaction Level survey and any other types of survey by Company’s request
Development, implementation, and updating of policies and procedures
Addressing employee relations issues
Managing Company internal communication channels
Ensuring that HR records are accurate and up to date
Preparation and maintenance of HR reports
Organization of training and development activities by Company`s request;
Working with teams OKR`s tracking
Working with the Leads on retention and resolving team members relations issues, provide data on retention, mitigation of turnover risks
Working with analytics and HR metrics to provide the best solutions based on data
Constant research and development/implementation of HR best practices
