4+ years of full-time Recruiter experience in video games industry

Account Management and Consultancy
Client and candidate markets
Recruitment best practice
Understanding Full recruitment lifecycle and various attraction and selection techniques
Experience in hiring both long term employees
Good understanding of IT/GameDev technologies and market trends
Upper Intermediate / Fluent
Will be a plus:
Expertise in conducting Competency-Based Interviews
Experience with ATS
Experience working with a fast-growth organization with competing priorities

Functional responsibilities:
Lead hiring business strategies through the development, coordination, and delivery of talent
Provide recruiting status updates, including performance vs targets, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues
Ensure open position descriptions clearly state the major duties and responsibilities of the position
Evaluate candidates for cultural fit, skill set, availability, interest level, and compensation
Make collaboration offer to selected candidate
Establish strong relationships, building trust, open and confidential communication, collaboration, and insight
Develop a pipeline of qualified applicants that can be immediately contacted when an opening occurs
Develop hiring metrics to improve and build the recruitment process
Meet with department leads monthly to discuss open headcount and staffing strategy
Manage Hiring process (conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, provide feedback)
Sourcing candidates by using all possible tools and techniques
Screening CV and shortlisting candidates based on position requirements
Planning, organizing, and conducting interviews
