About the role:
Now, we’re ready to take the next step—expanding into the Nordic market (Sweden, Norway, Denmark). To achieve this ambitious goal, we are looking for a Head of Business Development—a strategic leader who will drive Devlight’s international growth and establish our presence in new markets.
You’ll be working in a well-defined niche, supported by a high-performing pre-sale team that provides top-tier discovery, concept development, and proposals—ensuring you have everything you need to close deals successfully. With a 360-degree marketing strategy (PR campaigns, high-profile event participation, and an established lead generation system), you’ll have a solid foundation to drive results.
This role also offers business trips to Sweden and Norway, direct access to key industry events, and the opportunity to represent a high-quality product you’ll be proud to sell.
Your future responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the lead-generation process.
- Participate in conferences, events, and roadshows (planning, management, reporting).
- Participate in pre-sales calls, qualify leads, and handle requests.
- Oversee CRM (Hubspot).
- Execute sales strategies to hit quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends.
- Hire, lead, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, setting goals, and offering support to ensure top performance.
- Provide regular reports to C-level stakeholders.
Your professional qualities:
- 5+ years in B2B sales within a high-growth tech environmen
- Experience in IT outsourcing, with a strong focus on the EU and Scandinavian markets
- Proven track record in building and optimizing sales processes for foreign markets
- Consistently met or exceeded sales targets and generated high-quality leads
- Experience leading a team of 3+ people in sales/business development
- Pre-sale management experience, including handling discovery calls and shaping proposals
- Strong negotiation skills with a “win-win” approach to deal-making
- Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering value to clients
