About the role:
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who can effectively integrate stakeholder requirements while driving the full design cycle — from sketching, exploring variations, and presenting solutions to building a design system and handing off the project to development.
Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the product, bringing both structure and a systematic approach to the workflow. In return, we offer a strong team, the support of a design lead, and an environment where your ideas and solutions can make a real impact.

Your future responsibilities:

• Design UI/UX for a gamified platform, including research, prototyping, testing, and final design.
• Develop adaptive designs for mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Implement interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
• Maintain and evolve the design system.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts.

Your professional qualities:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications.
• A deep understanding of gamification mechanics and experience in implementing them.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Expertise in User-Centered Design (UCD), Design Thinking, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Experience in creating animations and micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie, Rive).
• Ability to design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
