About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients. In this role, you will engage with stakeholders, map out business processes, and guide the team through the entire project lifecycle

Your future responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create functional and non-functional requirements specifications and develop business process models (BPMN, UML).
• Analyze systems to identify risks, design automation processes, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure the traceability of requirements between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and integration teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate integrations with ERP, CRM, payment, and logistics systems.
• Present complex technical information clearly and concisely to developers, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Prepare and validate test cases, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), and support software releases.

Your professional qualities:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT, preferably with e-commerce projects.
• Strong understanding of backend operations, APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), system integrations, and databases (SQL).
• Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN, UML) and automation design.
• Excellent analytical and process-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt technical information for various audiences.
• Growth mindset: learning from experience, embracing change, and applying innovative approaches.
• Experience with task management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Draw.io, Visio, Figma, and Lucidchart.
