We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic team in the agro-business sector. The project will involve a full redesign of the existing website and the development of a completely new mobile application from the ground up.

Your future responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to define project scope and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as product managers, engineers, and designers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Document project requirements in a clear and concise manner using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Develop test plans and execute tests to ensure that the product meets requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain project documentation, such as user stories, use cases, and wireframes.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress to ensure that it is on track to meet objectives.

Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with e-commerce projects.
• Experience conducting discovery and building value propositions for clients.
• Experience working with technical specialists (Tech Lead/Architect) in the process of building architectures for e-comm or other products.
• Experience creating technical documentation for an entire ecosystem of products (Backend, Front, Mobile, AdminPanel).
