Your future responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the lead-generation process.
- Participate in conferences, events, and roadshows (planning, management, reporting).
- Participate in pre-sales calls, qualify leads, and handle requests.
- Oversee CRM (Hubspot).
- Execute sales strategies to hit quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends.
- Hire, lead, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, setting goals, and offering support to ensure top performance.
- Provide regular reports to C-level stakeholders.
Your professional qualities:
- 5+ years in B2B sales within a high-growth tech environment.
- Experience with IT outsourcing companies targeting foreign markets, especially the EU and Scandinavia.
- Proven track record in building and optimizing sales processes for foreign markets, especially the EU and Scandinavia.
- Consistently hit and exceeded sales targets.
- Skilled at generating high-quality leads that convert into sales.
- Experience managing a team of 3+ people.
- Pre-sale management experience.
- Expert negotiator with a “win-win” approach, adept at creating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Service-oriented mindset.
