As we ascend to even greater summits and continue to shape an innovative future, we are currently in search of an exceptionally skilled Middle Project Manager to join our team.

Challenges you’ll meet:

• Manage the project team at all stages of the project (analysis, work estimation, planning, development, testing, deployment to a production environment).
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects.
• Participate in discussions and preparation of requirements, their clarification, and planning.
• Manage and control the project schedule and budget within the defined scope, resources, and timelines.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members to achieve project goals.
• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations.
• Handle communications between project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular synchronization meetings with senior management, cross-functional teams, and project colleagues.
• Make decisions within the assigned level of authority.

Your professional qualities:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management;
• Knowledge and experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
• Practical experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence);
• Ability to prepare documentation and presentations.

Nice to have:

• Experience in mobile banking or fintech.
