At DevKit, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior HR Manager who is eager to grow and gain hands-on experience in HR processes, with a primary focus on employee well-being and organizing events and activities. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is ready to learn, take initiative, and grow together with the company.

Requirements:
- At least 6 months in this or relevent positions will be a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt.
- Strong event organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of resilience to stress.
- Proactivity, initiative, and a strong desire for professional development.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Completed HR courses or relevant education.
- English level B1 or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle:
Assist in HR processes related to the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Support day-to-day HR operations and internal communication. - Employee Well-Being:
Conduct regular employee check-ins and one-on-one meetings.
Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and collecting feedback.
Help analyze feedback and participate in creating action plans to improve engagement and well-being. - Performance Reviews:
Conduct the performance review process, including feedback collection and documentation.
Support the preparation of data for performance and salary review discussions. - Employee Engagement & Events:
Organize online activities and support the organization of offline events.
Collaborate with the design team on employee gifts for holidays and special occasions.
Facilitate the distribution and manage the logistics of sending gifts. - Documentation & Reporting:
Keep HRM systems and internal documentation up to date.
Cooperate with the accounting team regarding HR-related data and requests.
