We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Research: Identifying and researching potential leads using diverse channels like online databases, social media, and industry events.
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiating contact with leads via cold calls, personalized emails, and social media messages.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluating leads based on criteria (BANT) to gauge suitability and readiness for engagement.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Coordinating with sales for qualified lead handoffs and context sharing.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring key metrics to optimize lead generation strategies
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain a consistent follow-up process to ensure leads are nurtured effectively and converted into opportunities.
Requirements:
- English B2-C1;
- 1+ year of experience in outbound cold calling;
- Working with objections;
- Stress resistance;
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while working in a sales environment;
- Researching database;
- Verifying leads;
- Making cold calls;
- Follow-up calling & emailing;
- Creating emails;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to various scenarios and customer needs;
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
