Senior Fullstack Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Fullstack Engineer with a proven track record of building and scaling complex systems. This is not a typical senior role — we are specifically targeting engineers with 10+ years of real, hands-on experience who can operate at a very high technical level.

About the Project:

You will be working on a Germany-based platform designed for construction contractors, helping streamline workflows, coordination, and project execution across the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across the full stack (frontend + backend);
• Architect scalable and high-performance systems using TypeScript, Node.js, and React;
• Take ownership of technical decisions and drive architecture improvements;
• Work on complex product logic related to contractor workflows and construction processes;
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability;
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code;
• Conduct code reviews and enforce high engineering standards;
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features;
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling;
• Mentor other engineers when needed and lead by example.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience (must be real, hands-on experience);
• Strong expertise in:
  
  • TypeScript;
  • Node.js;
  • React.
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and performance optimization;
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code;
• Experience working on complex, production-grade systems;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
• English (Upper-intermediate level, written and spoken).
