Devico is looking for a motivated and talented Researcher to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential candidates using various sourcing channels.
• Utilize recruitment tools and techniques such as Boolean search and X-ray to find suitable candidates.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and team members.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in recruitment and the IT industry.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies and processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations on research findings and candidate sourcing progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months in a similar role or certification from relevant courses.
• Knowledge of the recruitment process and sourcing channels.
• General understanding of technologies in the IT industry.
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools (Boolean search, X-ray).
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of modern candidate sourcing tools and methods.
• English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
