Devico is urgently looking for a motivated and talented Recruiter to join our team on a permanent basis.

Requirements:
— At least 9+ month experience in the full cycle of IT recruiting processes
— Strong written and verbal communication skills
— General knowledge of IT market and IT technologies (web programming languages, frameworks, databases, networking)
— Ability to use different sourcing strategies
— Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search
— English Upper Intermediate or above is a must.

Responsibilities:
— Search for passive candidates through a variety of sourcing tools
— Communication with the candidates (cold emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
— Screen and select the resumes
— Post the vacancies on social media
— Conducting non-technical interviews
