Requirements:
— Experience in Project Management (planning, organization, motivation, and control) for 1+ year;
— Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile (Scrum / Kanban), Lean methodologies on a strong level;
— Technology theory basics (Client and server parts (Backend, Frontend), what technologies and languages exist, API, HTTP, and requests);
— Advanced English level;
— Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
— Excellent communication skills and meeting facilitation skills.

Would be a plus:
— Finished PM courses;

Our hiring process is divided into 3 steps:
Step 1
Initial interview with our talent specialist. This is needed in order to clarify all details and make sure that both the applicant and company are suitable for each other. Duration : 30 mins

Step 2
Technical interview. Tech check with our Senior or Lead Specialist
Duration : 30 mins — 1 hour

Step 3
Final interview with management of the company. Duration : 30 mins — 1 hour
NOTE : We may occasionally combine Steps 1 & 2 or Steps 1/2/3 into one and in that case an interview might take longer.
