As a Senior Market Researcher at Develux, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our B2B SaaS HRM platform. Your mission will be to conduct in-depth research into market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, providing actionable insights that influence product direction, marketing initiatives, and business strategy.

  • Lead Market Research Initiatives: Design and execute qualitative and quantitative market research studies to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the HRTech space.
  • Customer & Market Segmentation: Perform in-depth analyses of customer demographics and behavior to uncover market opportunities and tailor our strategies to different segments.
  • Competitor Analysis: Continuously evaluate competitors and industry benchmarks to inform positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities for business growth.
  • Persona Development: Create detailed buyer and user personas based on research findings, ensuring alignment with the target audience’s needs and pain points.
  • Go-to-Market Insights: Collaborate with marketing teams to provide research-based guidance on messaging, campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to supply data-driven insights that enhance outreach, pitch development, and customer engagement.
  • Product Positioning: Collaborate with product and design teams to refine product features and ensure alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage tools and platforms to analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and product usage, translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present research findings to internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in market research, with at least 3 years focused on B2B SaaS products, ideally within HRTech or similar industries.
  • Methodological Expertise: Deep experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, segmentation studies, focus groups, and data analytics.
  • Competitive Analysis Skills: Proven ability to analyze competitors and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Experience developing user personas, mapping customer journeys, and identifying actionable insights for product and marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tableau, or similar tools to extract and analyze market and customer data.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, aligning research insights with the needs of product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies that align with business objectives.

  • English Courses: Up to $80/month after successful completion of the probation period.

  • Flexible Work Schedule: Full-time remote work with flexibility. The Kyiv office is open from 9:00 to 20:00 for hybrid work options.
