We are launching our new product business unit — HRM system.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team, embodying the role of a "player-coach."This position requires hands-on design expertise coupled with the ability to lead and inspire other designers, boosting the performance of the design team. With a focus on high-quality design and collaboration, the ideal candidate will shape our B2B SaaS platform while actively participating in the design process.

What to do in a project?

• Design Leadership: Lead and mentor a small design team (currently two, but potentially more), ensuring high-quality output and effective workflow. Establish design objectives and strategies that align with business goals, with a focus on hands-on design work.
• Product Mindset: Proactively design user flows and scenarios. Utilize the best UX and UI practices to shape our B2B SaaS platform, while bringing your unique vision to the product.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance team performance. Present your processes, optimizations, and ideas to stakeholders with persuasive argumentation and user insights.
• Best Practices: Stay updated on design trends and incorporate the best UX and UI practices into our product. Contribute to the implementation of the design system, structuring design assets across the team toolset.

The team of professionals consists of the following individuals: Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Product Officer (CPO), Product Designer (2), Business Analyst, Full-stack Engineer (3), and Operations Manager.

What professional skills are essential to us?

• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role, preferably in building complex B2B SaaS platforms.
• Leadership Qualities: Ability to guide and inspire other designers, with a focus on design excellence rather than extensive team management.
• Excellent understanding of UX and UI design principles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering).
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design ideas to teams and stakeholders.
• An exciting portfolio showcasing your experience.
• Proactivity with the ability to propose and advocate for your initiatives.
• Be ready to design functionality with minimal inputs; proactively suggest scenarios and solutions.
• English: upper-intermediate or higher.

— Does the job come with a probation period, and if so, how long does it last?
Yes, there is a three-month probation period.

— What is the expected work schedule?
Full-time, flexible, please start no later than 11:00 (on average 8 hours per day). The office in Kyiv is open from 9:00 to 20:00. You can work remotely and also you can choose hybrid mode where you can combine working on-site and remotely.

— How many vacation and sick days are provided?
Annual paid vacation — 21 working days;
Paid confirmed sick leave;
6 unconfirmed sick days/days off a year.
