Develux offers full-cycle custom software development services and provides the smartest solutions for our customers.
We are looking for a Sales Team Lead in our outsource\outstaff business unit.
Responsibilities:
— Development of sales strategies;
— Managing the Sales department — helping them identify and convert new business opportunities and leads by mentoring, supporting, and appraising;
— Presenting and demonstrating our solutions and services to new and existing clients, building relationships with key stakeholders across target organizations;
— Creating analytics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis;
— Explore customer needs and identify how our offerings and solutions meet them;
— Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance;
— Development and implementation of tools aimed at increasing the involvement and effectiveness of the team;
— Creating a knowledge base for the Sales team;
— Hiring, training, and developing new employees;
— Cooperation with marketing.
Required hard skills:
— Proven track record in sales;
— Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, strong leadership, and team-building skills;
— Work with foreign jurisdictions;
— Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills (Advanced level of English).
Requirements:
— Proven 3+ years of sales experience in foreign enterprise-level markets, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
— Experience in an outsource/outstaff company is preferable;
— English — Advanced/Fluent.
