Develux is an IT consulting and software development company with products for the US market and outsourcing services worldwide. The company has been on the market since 2014, and during this time, we have achieved perfect results in our business units. We have 300 + goal-oriented, passionate specialists about what they do and are open to new challenges.

We are looking for a Head of Outsource Business Unit who can build an A-players team from scratch and rally it.

Responsibilities:
— Development and implementation of the company’s development strategy;
— Hiring, motivating, and managing key employees, coordinating Sales, Delivery, and other departments;
— Control over achievement of goals and KPI targets;
— Defining strategy and tracking its progress using the OKR method;
— Implementing corporate culture where decision-making is based on data analytics;
— Searching for points of growth together with the team;
— Identifying bottlenecks and finding ways to eliminate them.

Requirements:
— Work experience in the outsource\outstaff companies in a C-Level position;
— Leadership Skills — the ability to influence, manage and guide employees to steer the entire Outsource department to achieve the organization’s goals and vision;
— Team player — the ability to motivate and create a healthy environment in the team;

— Communication Skills — the art of persuasion, verbal / written fluency, and empathy to understand, guide, and motivate employees for effective communication across the organization and key stakeholders;

— Analytical Skills — advanced research skills, knowledge, and insight into product analytics to assess product performance, customer experience, and revenue growth opportunities;
— Problem-Solving Skills

— the ability to make complex decisions concerning company activities under stressful and unexpected situations;
— Minimal financial / accounting or legal background.

Working conditions:
— Full-time flexible (office or remote work);
— Annual paid vacation — 21 working days;

— Compensation for the cost of the sports center (up to 80 USD/month after successful completion of the adaptation period);
— Reimbursement of expenses related to thematic conferences/courses (up to 100% in agreement with the Manager/Supervisor);
— Medical insurance (50% after successful completion of the adaptation period) or $200 a year for health care;
— Corporate events.
