Responsibilities:
— Build and refine processes for planning, prioritization, and performance tracking
— Monitor daily Business operations and address potential issues when they arise
— Lead meetings and analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the team
— BPM
— ClickUp system setting and improvement
— Quickly and accurately identify and resolve problems in a fast-paced team environment
— Act as an information source and communicator between teams
— Develop daily, weekly and monthly stats/dashboards & reports to ensure we capture our KPIs and have data on our performance metrics
— Run our OKR development and tracking process as well as our our internal communications
— Develop and implement team KPIs
