Required skills

— Knowledge in managing a lead database using a CRM system
— Understanding KPIs measurement and creation of reports
Responsibilities
— 🔍 Leads search on LinkedIn and Upwork channels
— 💬 Pre-qualify leads by any open information, direct communication and follow-up them
— ✏️ Handle incoming requests from leads and write custom proposals
— ⚙️ Manage sales activity in Pipedrive CRM
— 🏋️ Work in close cooperation with the sales team
— 📊 Prepare weekly reporting and contribute to company sales strategy development
