Experience in leading engineering teams (10+ employees) and managing Team Leaders.
Working Experience as a Project Manager for 2+ years.
Software development background and understanding of the development process: release management, engineering infrastructure, Agile/SCRUM.
Ability to organize work of the team and customer cooperation with the following roles present PO, BA, Developers, QA.
Ability to build the process from scratch and ability to pick up and quickly continue working as a part of the existing process.
Ability to facilitate daily routine and support software development iterations.
Reporting and Risk management.
Ability to resolve conflicts in the team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your decisions.
Advanced level of English.
Good understanding and possibility to work as BA when needed, or at least have a good understanding of it.
Past experience and proven career track in Software Development 3+ years.
