-1+ year of professional experience in project management or related role;
-Experience working in realtime highload projects;
-Participation in mobile-first projects is required;
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to gracefully defend your decisions;
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment;
-Experience of Mockups creation.
-Advanced level of English

-Agile or SCRUM certification is a plus.

-Lead and manage a team of developers;
-Coach, mentor and motivate team members;
-Create and facilitate team objectives and operational activities;
-Drive and assist in pre-sale activities;
-Assist with planning and managing development tasks and project milestones including identifying inter-team project/task dependencies and assisting with coordination whenever necessary;
