-4+ years of experience in Android development;
-Released applications that required updates and support;
-Experience in mentoring team members;
-Experience developing and refactoring complex architecture and integrations;
-Good algorithmic knowledge;
-Good analytical skills;
-Good academical background.

-Experience with real-time protocols and communication;
-Experience (and/or) desire to work with encryption and on secure real time communication system;
-Experience with optimization, refactoring and support of complex application;
-Experience leading team members would be important for Team Lead position but not required for Senior position.
