About Project:
Our client and partner, a US-based software company, is seeking a well-spoken product/project manager with an eye for detail. The role will require heavy collaboration with US-, EMEA-, APAC-based customers (large global corporations), as well as the internal team. That means scheduling flexibility will be critical, as will English skills.
The product is an enterprise-class application that supports many different use-cases. One of the primary is the ability to build miniature websites and web applications on top of our platform. We have a growing list of these sites that we develop and maintain for our customers via services contracts. We also have several core features that require specific attention and close ownership.

Responsibilities:
The role will require a keen eye for detail and a lot of collaboration with our Head of Product, lead visual designer, several front-end developers, and the solutions architect assigned to that customer.
The role will require a deep understanding of our existing product so that it’s clear what is possible with off-the-shelf features, and what might need to be built from scratch to solve for a customer’s unique needs. Candidates should expect to work directly with customers with minimal oversight from the core product team.
Depending on demand for special projects at any given time, this role may also be responsible for product areas in the core application/platform.

Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience as a product manager for web applications or rich websites;
— Good sensibilities around UI/UX and how users move through a user journey;
— Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality and without letting anything fall through the cracks;
— Knowledge of Sketch or Figma;
— Advanced level of English;
— Conceptual understanding of HTML/JavaScript, REST APIs and PHP;
— Basic understanding of SQL;
— Highly flexible schedule;
— Highly organized and focused;
— Detail oriented.

Nice to have:

— Visual design skills;
— Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
