About the role

As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will work with the recruitment of developers to our Swedish clients. You will have a key role and be overall responsible for your client cases including presenting candidates to clients and participating in client/candidate interviews.

You will be working in close cooperation with colleagues in Ukraine and also with Account Managers in the Swedish team. You will have a great opportunity to influence things and make a difference at this job.

Responsibilities

— Search/Selection of relevant candidates in multiple locations with any kind of tools.

— Day to day communication with our Swedish colleagues and clients.

— Leading the candidate throughout the hiring process

We believe you are a person with a great interest in people and tech and we believe that you have

— Passion for recruitment;

— Experience in working with foreign clients

— Experience in Interviewing developers

— The ability to work independently and as a part of a team;

— Upper-intermediate English or higher.

More about us

Our head office is in Stockholm, Sweden. Our development office is at Gulliver in the central of Kyiv, but remote is a new black, so we consider any location.

Developers Shore has around 800 developers in our community and has about 60 developers on assignments right now. Internally we are around 10 people divided in Kyiv and Stockholm. Our plan is to grow rapidly in the coming years.

Developers Shore is an affiliated company to Developers Bay and Techstars of Sweden which are established and successful businesses in Sweden.
