Must have:
Completed HR courses (or proven work experience as an HR Manager/Generalist, not necessarily only in IT sphere)
Work experience in HR management from 1.5 years
Understanding the specifics of the IT market and how IT companies work
Superb written & verbal communication skills
English — at least Intermediate level

Responsibilities:
Onboarding of new employees (meeting on the first day and meeting the team) and adaptation.
Conducting one2one interviews with employees on the results of the trial period and every six months of work.
Organization of internal team building and holidays.
Accounting for the birthdays of employees and the organization of congratulations from the team.
Monitoring the situation in the team: identifying conflict situations, advice, and assistance in solving.
Conducting surveys, questionnaires.
