Your responsibilities:
📌Working directly with the General Manager to reduce his workload;
📌Responding to email or phone correspondence and following up on new inquiries;
📌Conducting research, managing various tasks given;
📌 Assist in business projects and everyday tasks;
📌 Working in Excel/spreadsheets and designing reports;
📌 Booking appointments, events and travel managements;
📌 Writing and completing minutes of the meetings with action points and the next steps;
📌Transcribe recordings and memos from the top management;
📌Accompanying General Manager during the business trips.
