Description
We are looking for a Leads Researcher to support our internal sales and marketing efforts by identifying and enriching potential B2B clients. The role focuses on researching companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), collecting accurate contact and company data, and maintaining high-quality records in our CRM system.
This is a fully remote position within Deveit, an IT service company specializing in custom software development — from small self-service portals to complex CRM and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads according to the defined ICP
Collect, verify, and structure company and contact information using tools such as Google, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator
Enrich lead data using various online tools and databases
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in HubSpot CRM
Ensure high data quality, consistency, and completeness
Follow internal processes, guidelines, and documentation standards
Requirements
English level: Intermediate or higher
Confident PC user (browser tools, Google search, spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets)
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot is a strong advantage)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work with large volumes of data and routine tasks
High level of self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to have
Experience with Clay or similar lead enrichment and automation tools
Understanding of B2B lead generation processes
Experience working with IT services or SaaS companies
Work Experience
2 years of experience in lead research, data enrichment, sales operations, or a similar role
