Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Description We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our client base in North America and Europe. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential prospects in target markets;
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads across North America and Europe;
  • Work with sales tools such as G-Suite, Microsoft services, HubSpot, Snov.io, and Chrome extensions;
  • Create and test B2B messaging for outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn);
  • Execute semi-automated and manual outreach sequences;
  • Handle inbound and outbound responses — manage objections, follow-ups, and re-engagements;
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar client-facing role;

Requirements

  • Advanced English level (B2, both written and spoken);
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outreach automation tools;
  • Strong communication and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup;
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve;
  • (Optional but valuable) Experience in the IT, SaaS, or B2B services industry.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies;
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo);
  • Experience running A/B tests in email outreach;
  • Understanding of basic marketing and lead nurturing processes.
