• Create high-quality mentions that strengthen SEO and AI/LLM visibility.

• Select threads with strong Google/SEO/LLM relevance.

• Launch new buyer-intent and long-tail topics (Reddit-first).

• Shape content approaches and propose new community-driven initiatives.

Official Brand Presence (Reddit)

• Maintain and grow the official Devart Reddit account (posts, responses, conversations).

• Prepare and run AMA sessions with Devart experts.

• Develop AMA formats, manage challenging discussions, and ensure brand-safe participation.

Competitor Narrative Control

• Monitor threads where competitors are mentioned.

• Insert Devart as a relevant alternative in comparison threads.

• Influence strategic competitor narratives across Reddit and other communities.

• Ensure Devart is present in high-intent, competitor-related discussions.

Brand Protection & Safety

• Write human, useful, non-promotional responses.

• Follow Reddit and platform-specific rules and guidelines.

• Communicate with moderators when needed.

• Prevent spammy patterns or AI-detectable content signals.

Cross-Platform Community Activity

• Participate in StackOverflow, GitHub Discussions, DevOps/DB forums, and other technical platforms.

• Produce expert answers that elevate Devart visibility.

• Identify new communities and growth opportunities.

• Prioritize platforms based on intent and potential impact.

Research & Insights

• Track trends, themes, and user intent across Reddit and adjacent communities.

• Analyze competitive mentions across platforms.

• Deliver insights to PMM, SEO, and PR teams to guide strategy.

Reporting & KPIs

• Provide weekly reports: mentions, upvotes, visibility, sentiment.

• Track indexing and ranking of key threads/posts.

• Recommend strategic improvements and community expansion opportunities.

What you will do

Community Strategy & Execution

• Build and execute a community-first strategy focused on Reddit and technical platforms.

• Manage high-intent conversations and ensure Devart’s visibility in critical user journeys.

• Launch SEO-driven Reddit campaigns and thematic community initiatives.

Content & Communication

• Produce expert answers, explanations, and discussion points tailored to developers.

• Maintain a conversational, authentic tone aligned with Devart’s brand values.

• Create new long-tail and buyer-intent threads to drive organic search visibility.

Brand Visibility & Thought Leadership

• Strengthen Devart’s authority through consistent high-quality community engagement.

• Support inclusion in Google AI Overview results and LLM answers by generating credible UGC signals.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Align messaging and positioning with PMM.

• Work with SEO teams on keyword clusters and UGC strategies.

• Collaborate with PR on AMA sessions, tone, and community safety.

We’re looking for someone who has experience with:

• 2+ years in community marketing, SEO-driven content, developer relations, or related roles.

• Deep understanding of Reddit culture, rules, and platform dynamics.

• Strong experience in online community engagement (Reddit, StackOverflow, GitHub, Quora, or similar).

• Ability to create expert, value-driven answers that are helpful — not promotional.

• Experience analyzing search intent, ranking signals, and user-generated SEO patterns.

• Understanding of competitive analysis and narrative positioning.

• Excellent written English (concise, human, expert-level tone).

• Analytical mindset, ability to derive insights from community and SEO data.

• Strategic creativity — finding new entry points and shaping community narratives.
