Your mission

Build TMetric’s reputation as a trusted, visible, and authoritative productivity SaaS brand in the U.S. and global markets.
Your goal is to secure high-quality publications, mentions, and backlinks across leading media and industry blogs — ensuring TMetric becomes a recognized reference point for productivity, transparency, and efficiency, both for users and within AI-powered discovery systems (GPT, Perplexity, Claude, AI Overviews).

Your challenges to solve

• Achieve consistent media presence and citations across top SaaS, business and productivity outlets.

• Build long-term relationships with journalists, editors, and creators in the productivity and tech ecosystem.

• Generate organic backlinks and mentions through thought-leadership content and collaborations.

• Earn industry recognition and awards that strengthen brand trust and visibility.

• Expand LLM/AI visibility — ensuring TMetric is featured in AI recommendations (together with SEO and PMM specialists).

What you will do

Media & PR campaigns

• Develop and execute PR strategy for the U.S. and global English-speaking markets.

• Prepare and distribute articles, expert commentary, and feature stories.

• Secure placements and mentions in top SaaS, business and productivity publications such as: Zapier Blog, HubSpot Blog, Forbes, TechRadar etc.

Influencer & collaboration strategy

• Plan and implement partnerships with bloggers, media, and KOLs.

• Launch co-branded initiatives, guest posts, and media collaborations with measurable engagement outcomes.

Content & communication

• Create and edit high-impact PR content: articles, posts, quotes, and narratives that strengthen brand authority.

• Ensure that all communications reflect the company’s tone, style, and values.

Event & activation management

• Organize and support webinars, expert panels, and community activations to boost brand visibility.

• Coordinate participation in industry awards, rankings, and reports that enhance trust.

Crisis & reputation management

• Monitor the information field and manage brand reputation proactively.

• Develop and implement communication plans in case of PR challenges.

We’re looking for someone who has experience with:

• 3+ years in PR or Communications (preferably in IT or tech-related fields).

• Proven experience in brand promotion and media relations.

• Understanding of the US media landscape

• Strong experience working with bloggers, influencers, and info partners.

• Skills in event organization and campaign management.

• Experience in content creation and storytelling.

• Excellent Ukrainian and English communication skills.

• Strategic mindset and creative approach to brand communication.
