Product that needs your engagement
Skyvia is a versatile no-code SaaS cloud platform designed for data integration, automation, backup, management, and connectivity. It offers support for over 200+ connectors, including popular cloud applications like CRMs, marketing tools, support systems, and management solutions, as well as databases and data warehouses.
Impact you will make:
— Conducting high-quality correspondence with customers through tickets in the Zoho Desk system
— Quality work with chats and forum posts (Zoho Desk)
— Hosting/conducting a product demo
— Compliance with corporate rules of technical support in communication with users (chats, calls, tickets)
— Search for information on Skyvia resources (Zoho Desk, Jira, Confluence) and on the Internet
— Transfer of requests to create additional documentation
— Help in the design of bug-reports
— Interact with level 2 agents, development team and manager when preparing response to customers
— Forming tasks based on customer problems for their further transfer to the team

Skills we are looking for:
— 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support Engineer position or similar one
— English Upper-Intermediate or higher
— Understanding the principles of working with clients in various communication channels
— Ability to avoid conflicts with clients
— Experience in business correspondence
— Ability to convey technical information to the technical specialist and the user
— The ability to convey and argue one’s point of view
— Confident PC user
— Basic knowledge and understanding of the principles of working with task managers (Jira, Redmine, etc.)
— Team player
Additional skills we would appreciate:
— Knowledge of other European languages (German/Spanish/Portuguese/French) at least at the level of reading comprehension
— Experience in conducting technical demos
