Now we’re looking for a Head of Product to drive growth, product value, and strategic execution across our flagship product line — dbForge.
Your mission
You’ll lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery — working closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to improve product performance, user adoption, and market position.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and evolve product strategy, roadmap, and pricing models
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, user needs, and business goals
- Drive execution with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, marketing)
- Build a strong product analytics system and measure performance
- Ensure product scalability, UX quality, and high delivery standards
- Support GTM and sales with positioning, demos, and customer feedback loops
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of experience with relational DBs (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Knows how to lead cross-functional teams and scale product operations
- Has experience in product & engineering leadership, including CI/CD, SDLC, desktop software (Windows)
- Can connect tech and business strategy, make data-driven decisions
- Brings strong product thinking, UX understanding, and a growth mindset
Would be a plus: experience in a Head of Product / Product Lead role; knowledge of software architecture; experience with complex desktop systems.
Goals:
- Strengthen the product management team through employee development and implementation of data-driven decision-making approaches.
- Implement world-class product analytics, establish product usage segmentation and cohort analysis, introduce key product metrics.
- Provide product vision and choose key focuses for 2026.
