We are looking for a System Administrator to join our IT team to solve a range of tasks to ensure the functionality of the internal infrastructure, support the operation of processes and provide technical support to users.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, monitoring, and ensuring smooth operation of Active Directory, GPO
• Creating, configuring, and administering virtual machines, allocating resources on virtualization hosts
• Linux/Windows servers administration
• Responding to incidents and problems related to the operation of systems
• Providing technical support to users and other departments of the company
• Providing development teams with test environments, optimizing and automating this process
• Asset Lifecycle Management
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes and procedures.
• Administration of MS365, GWorkSpace ecosystems
• Implementation and support of IT processes and new services
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as System Administrator
• Understand networking principles. DHCP, DNS, VPN, ip addressing. Diagnosis of network faults.
• Virtualization systems XEN/XCP, VmWare. Knowledge of the XEN virtualization system at the level of maintaining operability, preventing emergency situations, identifying the causes of failure, promptly correcting errors. xen orchestra (community edition)
• Monitoring of Zabbix, Nagios, and Grafana at the level of settings and system administration
• Windows/Linux knowledge at the administrator level
• MS 365/GWorkSpace knowledge at the administrator level
• Jira/ClickUp knowledge on task management level
• Confluence/ClickUp knowledge at the documentation level
• Multitasking, keeping focus on the result
• Ability to find new approaches and innovative solutions in different situations
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention and thoroughness

Nice to have

• Ansible, Puppet or Chef, IP telephony, MySQL, MSSQL
